A downloadable game

THE IDEA | you're a ghost and you don't remember who you are. As you wander around a manor, you collect your memories and remember who you used to be and what happened to you. As you do, you try to avoid this entity that will feed on your memories.

THE STORY | throughout the game we figure out this ghost used to be, and what happened to her. It's both a horror story as well as a love story. 

GAMEPLAY & LEVELS | each level will focus on one memory that needs to be assembled. As quietly as possible, you'll explore different rooms and collect fragments of what used to be your own memories. Flashes, sounds, sensations will erupt from each fragments. Per level, as you've collected all these small pieces, you'll then see a whole memory as a cinematic (video - live action). 

CHARACTERS | first, there is the ghost - that's us as the player. We don't know who we are anymore and we go through this adventure as one. 

Then, there's the entity. We never see it but it's always there, lurking in the dark. Shadows moving. Always listening. We know it's nearby as everything will grow darker and quieter. 

And then, we later discover that there's a woman in this manor. She's afraid of us, and the ghost doesn't remember who she is at first. As memories come back, we'll soon remember the beautiful love story our ghost and this woman shared. 

THEMES & TONE | more than anything else, this is a narrative game. The goal is to figure out who we are by recollecting the whole story. It's a hide & seek in the dark, as we fall in love all over again.

DEVELOPING | this is currently a school project (Game Dev' & Unity @Interface3 in Brussels). We're developing with C#, on Unity.
